I love Jet's Pizza! I've tried their regular crust pizza (round), but the rectangle deep dish w/ pepperoni pizza is the best!

The Jackson Hewitt Franchise of Battle Creek is not only one of the worse places to get your taxes done but it is they worse places to work in the state of Michigan. My two year working under Marc Bennison where some of the most stressful of my life. Its been a year since the owner of the franchise (Alan Becke of Holland, MI) extorted money from me ( the employee) inorder to pick up my last two pay checks. But to say this is the tip iceberg would be sad sad injustice onto me. I guess it really wasn't till the second year that the sexual harassment really started. In the summer training classes he took it upon himself to out my sexual orientations to anyone and everyone he came in contact with. It was about this time that he approached me with about starting a sexual relationship with him. As unfaltering as this was, I expressed that I do not have sexual relations with co-works. He still attempted to flirt, this is coming from a fifty year old man whom still lives with his mother, I just let it roll off my back. I took comfort in the fact that I was not the only topic of conversation in the Columbia office. Everything from the menstrual cycles of co-working, the dating habits of new-hires, clients and co-workers tax returns and refunds, and my favorite Marc's (and his mothers) person review of his customers. Yes nothing is taboo when there is down time at the Columbia office. It was Marc's abuse of contract and his authority thats caused the whole sexual harassment to go from mental and verbal harassment to physical. Holding my year end bonus as a bargaining chip he forced me to perform sexual favors in order to stay in his good graces to keep my Bonus. The contract also had a non-competition clause Yet it has been common knowledge ( by the word of Marc and my own eyes) that several employees for years have done taxes on the side. A coworker (whom We will call Ms. Smith) openly talked about how she not only personally prepared her own taxes but several friends and family members returns as well. Ms. Smith was not the only seasoned preparer that would work on a tax return without acting as a representative of Jackson Hewitt. Marc not even just knew about these returns he would help the three preparers (including Ms. Smith) in case they had a problem with a return they where working on. Clearly a violation of contract it was deemed approved but upper management. Until one day when I leave my personal files in my bag and Ms. Smith and Marc decided to go through my personal belongings to find that I too had done tax returns on the side. Ironicly this was about the time that I told Marc that I refused his advances. Withing a week my personal belongings are being gone through and I am being terminated. Then when I go to get my pay checks I am told that I have to pay the owner of the company himself before they would release my pay checks. He being Alan Becke told me that he could have me arrested if I didn't pay the money that he wanted me to pay for me checks. I told him if its that big of a deal that I wold gladly go cash me check and pay and he still refused he claimed that if he came to the bank to get the money that he didn't want people to think he was robbing me. With this whole ordeal I found out a lot. I found that that state of Michigan finds this whole thing to be in a gray area and the only fact they would even look at it as sexual harassment is because it actually went physical. I found out that I had two other co-workers that had to deal with the same situations that I did, the same verbal and mental abuse at the hand Marc Bennison.
